These professionals partner with parents to nurture, and educate. They serve as role models for young children and are ultimately responsible for the success of Baby Bear Day Care. All staff members are certified in First Aid and CPR. In addition, the Baby Bear Annual Continual Learning Plan ensures that they meet and exceed all state and local regulatory agency requirements. The successful and consistent implementation of the Baby Bear Vision and Mission, Policies and Procedures, and its Balanced Learning Curriculum and Programming is the hallmark of the Baby Bear model.

Baby Bear proudly spotlights Shannon Moore. Shannon is the Assistant Director and has been with Baby Bear since October 2005. Shannon is the proud mother of 1 child, Dianna and the spouse of Chris Moore. Shannon has a passion for working with kids and is currently working with babies from 6 weeks to 11 months.
